What luck! I am working from home this morning and who arrives? The Purolator man! Now I know what those infamous docs look like. I didn't get an upgrade (wasn't expecting it), have main seating for dinner (like I asked for), I am surprised at the number of papers to read and fill out (but I am not complaining... gives me something to do in the next 6 weeks) and am happy that everything seems in order.
Can't believe that I was one of the first to get them, all the way up in Canada!

Im sitting in my office hyperventalitating. Just asked my boss if i can go home and she said no. And Im working through my lunch hr today - taking DS to Halloween/bat event tonight at local Sci Ctr.
So you gotta tell us - what exactly is in the docs?

I'm jealous.................
I was telling Barb that I got a pier pickup letter. The TA told me they would do their best to get the tickets to me but sometimes they only do pier pickup. Oh well ! Laurie

Hey Linda, do the tickets come in anything special? Our Radisson tickets came in a great zipper pouch. I use it for every cruise but this time I can't find it! L

We just got our docs too! No upgrades (I, too, wasn't expecting any) and we have main dining.

Now I just have to get DD's friend's family to notarize the form that allows us to take her out of the country and we're all set!

Woo and Hoo!

oh man! Now Im crying - Im gonna have to wait till Mon and noone will be home then either so then maybe Tues - oh man can you hear my tears?

They come in a cardboard little suitcase, but it wouldn't be reusable. However, it is really cute.

In the package are our 4 tickets. But, the tickets are about a 1/4 inch thick. They have Bahamas Immigration cards, itinerary, policies (no weapons allowed), gratuity guidelines, ground transfer info (we declined ours), luggage tags, transfer purchase info (we declined ours), payment authorization form (for charging purchases to cabin), cruise disembarkment form, and lots of small print.

Also, there is a "Passport to Disney Magic" which explains where everything is on the ship (Palos, spa, etc.). Then lots of boring passport, birth certificate stuff.

so are birth certificates okay?
michelle - do you want to come wait at my house for my docs? I think youre the closest - lol

This is GREAT news Nedleycan!!!! We can't wait for ours! I might even run home for lunch! When they do come.... You'll probably hear us all the way up there in Canada when we get them!!!! :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: (I really feel like these little guys!!!) We're still lookin for some teens out there for DS-15!! Have fun sorting through all the docs!!!

Here is what it says:
All U.S. citizens must present one of the following as proof of citizenship for each member of the party:
1. Valid U.S. Passport
2. Birth Certificate (original with raised seal), and a Picture ID issued by local, state, or federal government (for children under 18, ony a valid birth certificate is required if traveling with parent/legal guardian). Copies of birth certificates witout a raised seal are not accceptable.
3. Certified Naturalization Certificate and a Picture ID issued by local, state, or federal goverment.

Hope that helps.

Can you put down 2 credit cards against the room? DH wants to use his own.

The docs say that only one form is needed per room (which means one credit card) but you may be able to submit two cards. The biggest problem would be that they would know what to charge to each card. I imagine that it would not be possible.

but dont the KTTW cards each have a separate number, name?
same as keeping 2 cards active and shutting 1 off I would think

so am I the only one that hasnt had some form of contact yet?

imgoingtodisney -- don't know why your boss wouldn't let you go home -- sounds like not too much work getting done anyway -- LOL!:D

You can put different credit card on KTTW. Guest services can fix this all up for you. All card holders need to be there at the same time with the credit cards.

fedex to the rescue!! I had to make a separate thread (of course) to "thank" my fedex man!! Wow did he go above & beyond - chased me till he found me
