Yup they did it to me again when they started the best rate program I got squeezed out by the 120 day dead line they lower to 60 and I get again. Im checking in the 21 Oct.

Yep, Me too! Very frustrating. Hopefully we will get some AP codes soon. We check in on Oct 16, so when the first BRP wave came out, we were less than 120 days...now we are less than 60. sheesh. I'm booked at WL but only if we can get a code rate... otherwise also booked at POR. Still got my fingers crossed!

On the phone with CRO-NO Fl. resident rates for POP or ASMo on 10/7 - 10/10. Anyone else not getting Fl. resident rates for their dates?

I just got off the phone with CRO. I booker POR last night at rack rate of 166 per night. I just got the FL res Discount 0f 114. for the dates of 11/4 through 11/10. I am not sure how she came up with that number.

I believe your first price of $166 was water view rack rate. I also just called and got $114 for standard view Fl rate.

Coronado Springs had no Fl resident rates for 10/7-10/9. Carribean Beach only had Preferred and Waterview and Port Orleans Riverside only had Preferred. They were 130 plus tax.

That's wonderful news about the move to 60 days on the best rate program, that makes it much more palatable! We've got the problem that we'd let our last APs expire and were holding out to see whether we wanted to do an AP discount or see if free dining was going to pop up for December. 120 days made it awfully difficult when you didn't already have a pass and were considering buying one. So 60 days at least gives us a little longer to wait and see what happens before saying what the heck and getting the AP pass.

Anyway, can some nice person with an AP please check and see what price/availability there is for a standard room at POFQ from 11/30-12/4?

I am on the phone right now with CRO trying to modify my res at POFQ 10/19 - 10/23 - She has tried both codes and it is coming up on the computer that nothing is available. She has me on hold and is talking to Guest Services. She explained before she put me on hold that it may be that they have not put the rates on all the resorts, just the ones that are not filling up. A little confused because I see in above posts that others have been able to receive the FL rate and Port Orleans. Will let you know what happens.

So the outcome is that I cannot get a FL Rate for POFQ, 10/19 to 10/23. She was a very knowledgeable CM - spoke twice to Guest Services. They told her that no discount was available at that time. She was confused as well because she has been making some reservations this morning under both codes and didn't have any problems. She even put in each day in one at a time and nothing came up.

Oh well, I will say a prayer that AP rates come out and that I can get one!

i just rebooked our 11/25-12/4 trip with best rate & saved $444. i don't think the rooms are going to last long though. i was looking at staying 2 nights at ASMo & by the time i actually discussed it with travel party & decided on it, ASMo was unavailable. decided to book it at POP, but by the time i actually booked it only ASMu was available of the values. so we will be spending 2 nights at ASMu & 7 at POP
