I just got my cancellation letter that I’ll enclosed below. My trip is canceled for August 28. The thing is I have used 2 FCC’s (One for all five of us, another for just two of us) but it still did not come up to the full price of the fair which I had to add another $4000 to. Will I be able to get a refund on the $4000 or will they give me future cruise credit on the $4000?
Also I had a 10% discount on that sailing but don’t have a new sailing that I’ll be able to take because I have one in January 2022 and another in May 2022. And the offer is only good through September 2022.
So they’re only going to give me that 10% discount if I make a new reservation right?

As I understand, you can either use FCC toward a future cruise, or get a full refund. If you used old FCCs to book a cruise that is now cancelled, you can either apply that FCC toward another cruise (depending upon expiration date of the FCC) or receive a refund of the original cruise fare. (you will not get a refund of the full amount of FCC - only the cruise fare) And, yes, in order to get the benefit from your 10% discount, you need to make a new reservation.

You will not earn ‘extra FCC’ it’ll most likely roll into being FCC but at ‘cost’ I believe you can get a refund of the ‘extra’ (not 100% sure) all my FCC roll overs haven’t had extra on them yet..

for the 10% I believe it has to be a fresh booking- not sure price wise/FCCwise if reshopping either future cruise would be worth it to cancel/rebook with the discount-
