What can you tell us about the Poly concierge????
Our experience with the Poly Concierge was above and beyond everything we expected. They were fabulous with pre-planning help encluding PS's. I asked them to do some shopping for my family so there would be surprises for them when we arrived, and it was all there when we walked into our room, PLUS we each had autographed pictures of our favorite characters and balloon bouquets throughout the room (things they did on their own). I had mailed out some gifts for my dd which they arranged to be placed in our room each day, she also recieved autographed pictures of all princess each day and sometimes more balloons or treats, (this was also not a request I made).
The food was out of this world! Breakfast was plentiful with a variaty of cold cereals, hot oatmeal and brown sugar, fresh fruits (which were out all day long), bagels, english mufffins, sweet rolls and mini muffins. Milk, skim and whole, chocoate if you asked, orange juice, coffee, tea pop and water.
Then during mid day they had juices, ice tea, pop, water and wonderful cookies and of course fresh fruit.
5pm brought the fantastic evening "meal", 3 different wines, huge cheese, veggie and fruit trays, crackers, ranch dip, carmel dip and then a main dish (always wonderful), some examples, chicken ceser salad, hot nachos with all the fixings, sushi, chicken lo mein and many more! For the kids, PB & J's, another sandwhich offering, brownies that tasted like fudge, and fresh strawberries. We cancelled 2 of our dinner PS's, because the food was so plentiful and good that we chose to eat our evening meal in concierge.
Then at night, cordials and desserts.
Our mousekeepers were great. Hawaii was clean always and everyone was very friendly and helpful.
We had a first floor room facing the lagoon with a perfect view of the castle, truly magical! We loved that we could walk right out of our door to a swing and hammock on the beach. We spent every night there.
We will never stay anywhere else again, and we are already planning our next trip before April 30, 2004 when our PAP's expire!
