Just got home from a quick 5 day trip, any questions?

First question...of course how did you manage the crowds?

We are going March 12-18 next year. Wondering how you found the crowds these last couple days?

It seemed crowded. We went last year at the same time and we didn't have nearly the crowds. Most rides were 50-60 mins, but Soaring was 90 and Splash Mountain 90. We know the parks real well so we worked around the crowds farely well, used fast pass well, and did a few smaller thing we have missed on other trips. Still a very good time.

First of all, I hope you had an amazing and wonderful time. I'm wondering where you stayed, and how you found the Disney service while you were there. In the past we've experienced a lot of magical moments from cast members going way above & beyond the call of duty...did you have any experiences like that?

We stayed at SOG. It was a last minute trip before our AP's ran out and SOG was the only resort that had a room and only one, very lucky to get it as I called on a Monday and checked in this last Friday. We had a great time! We ran into one cast member in a suit late at night in Cinderella's Castle who knew almost everything Disney so that was great. I really like the mosaics on the ways in the castle and we had a nice conversation with this gentleman. Also another day we went to MGM for extra magic hours and when we went through turnstile had a very friendly cast member who was dancing; when we left a few hours later she was still dancing. Funny. Again we had a very good time.

We arrive at 2:00pm and I was wondering how long it will take us to get from the airport to the All-Star Movie hotel and then to the Magic Kingdom. My hope is that we will arrive at 2pm, take the disney shuttle to the hotel, do early check in and then go straight to the park. Could we get to the park by 4:00pm, do you think?
