Just got back!

We went to every park at opening time and walked on all rides for the first two hours. The afternoons were very crowded with 60+ minute wait times for the popular rides. But we did as much as possible in the morning, fastpassed every ride we could, used our plan and we got to ride everything we wanted and never waited longer than 15 minutes. It was great! Soarin' was fantastic, my 3yo loved it. We FP'd that one twice. The FP's were all gone on that by 3:00.

The weather was nice in the mornings, but by the afternoon it was about 87 and humid every day. We usually left the parks for the day between 3 and 4 and went back to POP to swim. It only rained once our whole trip and we were swimming at the time, so it didn't matter.

How was the air conditioning at pop. Did it come on when you needed it, and was it cool enough. I have read that the units in the pop only come on with someone is in the room and sometimes even then are not that cool.

We thought the AC was fine. It was cool when we wanted it and if it got too cool, we changed it and it worked fine.

I've stayed at POP several times (20 nights) and never had a problem with the AC. If anything, I've had to get up and turn it down because it got too cold. I'm not complaining though, because after sweltering days in the parks, I would rather my room get too cold than to stay too hot.

Yippee! I will be there in 2 days for MNSSHP! (Wilma threw us off a day) if anybody spots a pilgrim lady and a Indian lady walking around it will be me and DD so, if anybody spots us, say hello from the Dis boards!

Soundds like you had a great trip. Now, you have made me homesick. We stayed at POP back in June and had a wonderful trip. We were only able to take DS but I am hoping to be able to take DD on a solo trip soon. I just wish she would do better in school and get excited about the possibility of going back to the "Home of the Mouse".

Wow!! Sounds like you guys had fun!!! I am staying at Pop next May, and I have 2 times before. I loved it, and everything was so nice and clean, food was great, nice gift shop, and the rooms were good. I loved it all. Soundsl ike you guys had fun!

We just got back too and had a great time. October will be our vacation time from now on.
