Did you go to a MNSSHP? If so how did they handle the "transition"? Were they able to get the day guest out on a timely basis?

Thanks for the welcome home wishes!
As far as MNSSHP goes.... yes we went on the 2nd. We got there early, a little before 5, and were able to get on lots of rides! As we were walking in, we noticed there was a huge exiting of people, which was a GREAT sign. As we were in lines for the rides we still noticed many people without the party bracelets. I am sure they were taking advantage of the low wait times for the rides and attractions. We were never asked to show our bracelets, but it seems as though by 7:30 or so we didn't notice any non-party goers. I did see one time where a family was trying to get in the que for HM and were turned away. It was handled well, in my opinion. I would not worry about non-party people being around when you go. I think Disney did a great job of getting the non paying guests out. There were loads of CM's around so I can't imagine anybody being able to avoid them for the entire evening! Have a great time!
We enjoyed the fireworks and the parade the very best. We watched the fireworks from the bridge that goes into Tomorrowland. And we watched the parade curbside near the partners statue. Lines for Trick-or-Treating were long and we didn't go through many of these lines at all. We did however get lots of candy while waiting for the parade!
