California Grill, it was great! I say it was the best but my husband votes for Flying Fish and Portebello Yacht Club. These were also excellent, highly recommend! We didn't have much luck with Coral Reef, last time we visited we enjoyed it, but this time my husband was disappointed. He was upset b/c his meal was awful. He ordered the shrimp, it came out with 6 nice size shrimp, however it was on egg noodles with 4 olives, he insists that it was about 4.00 to make and was sickened b/c it cost him $28.00. Don't get me wrong, we don't have a problem paying for food, however the food has to be good. My Mahi was good! We will probably take Coral Reef off of the rotation. We were also pleasantly pleased with Brown Derby. We haven't dined there before, and while in MGM decided to try it for lunch. It was very good, a blessing for lunch, no park food!

What was the actual shrimp dish at Coral Reef? We missed our PS there last November and I was sooooooooo disappointed. I am sorry to hear of your bad experience.

We've had lunch at the Coral Reef three times now (lunch because of the AP discount). I always order the Mahi, and so does DH. And it's always been really good. And of course, the Chocolate Wave is always incredible. Guess it pays to stick to the house specialty sometimes. Diana

We're trying the Brown Derby for lunch for the first time in Dec. What did you have? I thought I wanted the cobb salad but I've read several reviews that said it was too mushy. Also, did you get dessert?(my favorite part of the meal)

I have to agree with you about California Grill & Portebello Yacht Club. We ate at both for the first time last month and just loved them. We will be eating at both again in the future. We have also eaten at Brown Derby many times and always enjoyed our meals there also. Did you happen to get a piece of grapefruit cake while you were there? Thanks for the wonderful reviews.
