Just got back from the Wonder! We had an amazing vacation. The cruise was incredible. So many special little things. We got to see the final Dress rehearsal for Toy Story! It was really exciting. More geared towards the guys...but my 11 year old daughter reallay enjoyed it. Loved the character SID! If you have any questions just let me know. Will be checking back and forth between washing clothes and getting back to "normal". I still don't have my land legs...feels like I am rocking back and forth and side to side! LOL it's not making me feel sick or anything...just feels weird. We rebooked for next Feb! :flower3:

I peeked in on Toy Story rehearsals last week, and they ran me off.

Color me jealous.

After disney dreams rachel announced that for the first time ever they would let this cruise see the final dress rehearsals for Toy Story. We were so surprised. There was standing room only in the theatre. It was so exciting!

Wish the Magic would get this show as well. As a dad of three boys who weren't that interested in Disney Dreams and Twice Charmed, I like the fact that this is more geared to boys.

So, do I.....does anyone know if they will in time?

Just curious...how many characters are there who talk vs. pre-recorded dialogue? I remember reading an article that there were only a few face characters.

I'm "buzzed" to see this!

Toy Story shows will only be at the Wonder? We'll be at the Magic in Nov 08, I know DS (7) will enjoy TS, he used to watched it almost everyday when he was about 2-3 y/o.

The face characters that I can remember are buzz, woody, bo peep, sid, and Andy.

Can't wait to see the show this summer. Glad to hear you had a WONDERful trip, rox. That rocking back and forth will get better in a few days. I get that, too, after cruising. It's really bad in the shower for some reason.:confused3

Hi, do you remember what movies are playing now in the theatre? Thanks!
So glad you had a wonderful cruise!

Ooh, I'm so excited to check out this show! DD (2) will go bonkers when she sees it. Thanks for sharing!:goodvibes

We just got back of the wonder as well. The movies that are playing now are enchanted, step up 2-the streets, college road trip, the game plan, national treasure 2, ---I believe that was all. This was our first cruise ever and we loved it. Thanks to everyone for all the advice that I have gotten off this site in the last 7 months, it helped immensely. My family applauded me when we got back and said that it was a great vacation. :cool1:

We are going on the Wonder on April 3rd and these are the same movies the DCL line told me will be playing then.

OP, glad you had a good time - if you do a trip report, I"d love to read it or if you have photos, I'd love to look!

YAY........I'm so Excited about the Toy Story Show! :cheer2: :worship: :thumbsup2 :cool1:
I have a boy that has LOVED the Toy Story movies and he'll be thrilled to see it now on our next Wonder Cruise in February 2009!!!

And Ditto about the Trip Report and any Pictures, I'd love to see too!

We too were on the cruise that got to see the final dress rehearsal of the Toy Story Musical. In our group we had mixed reviews. My DH loved it. My DD-4 loved Sid (played by a girl) and so was Andy. My sister did not care for the show. She liked the other two better and I am on the fence. I loved the costumes. Plastic hair for Woody and Bo Peeps dress had plastic sleeves. The pig and Mr. potatoe Head were very cool, along with the slinky dog and dinosaur. Buzz was phenomenal. Because the movie was not a musical to begin with, the songs are new to us. Only 'You've got a friend in me' was familiar. I was thrilled to get to see the show though. :thumbsup2

Oh, I can't wait, we cruise the Wonder in September. Does anyone know how long each show runs, will the ones running now be the same ones when we travel? I can't wait for our Disney Cruise. :goodvibes
