Hello and THANK YOU to all who give so freely their expertise advice to all of us with the thousands of questions.

cast members were Me DD (11 turned 12 while there ) and DH.

Arrived at RPR on monday AM at 11:00. Had standard room booked at 129.00 night APH. We were happy to find that they upgraded us to Pool view and the room was ready then. We were given room 1510

I had called ahead and and mentioned that it was our daughters birthday along with first trip to US and IOA. they gave her a backpack filled with some small goodies. We also got milk and cookies that night in room.

We went back and fourth between both parks monday thru sunday, hitting favorite rides over and over again. Usually stopping around 3:00 to head back to pool then off to I drive, citywalk, DTD, etc... On oct. 12 we did MNSSHP for her birthday

To celebrate our daughters birthday I decorated the room with streamers after she fell asleep along with putting a Happy Birthday sign on the outside of the door , that was left untouched to my surprise the whole week. I had also brought presents and a Birthday Girl tiara that she wore the whole day. She gots lots of birthday wishes and a few CM's sang to her.

some of the places we ate were Motown, Hard Rock Cafe, Planet Hollywood, Margaretaville etc.. food was all good

FOTL is great but now my husband vows to NEVER go to Disney again.he will NEVER wait in a line again . We never had any wait at all. We must have rode MIB about 30 times over the week.we would ride about 6 times in a row before moving onto another ride. by the end of the trip I was managing to get in the low 600,000 but I never was able to get that stupid bonus.

All in all we had an AWESOME trip . Thank you all:wave2:

FOTL has spoiled yet another one. Isn't it great? I'm jealous I've celebrated birthdays at PBH and never received anything:confused: I'm glad they took care of your daughter though.:bday: I'll have to try RPR next time. My DD turned 11 on the 14th and was going to do HHN but chickened out in the last minute.:scared1: :scared1: :scared1:

It certainly is, MotherFletcher. My wife and I stayed at RPR a couple weeks ago and had our first taste of FOTL. WOW!! We'll have a larger group (17 total) going in May/June of next year for a week. Although we'll be staying at a rental vacation house offsite for the trip, I'm going to check to see how many suites or rooms would be need onsite to accomodate that many for a day or two!

patster734 - I think the most you can get is 5 in a room. So you would need 4 rooms and might have to pay for one roll away. You can probably get RPR for around 140 per night and keep in mind FOTL is good for the day you check in and the day you leave until the park closes. I have stayed off site and got a room at RPR for a night, checked out then checked back in the next night and got 4 days of FOTL by paying for only 2 nights.

Thanks for the info Motherfletcher. I was hoping that the suites would hold more. My wife and I both have the premium annual passes so hopefully we will be able to get the annual pass discounts on the room. By the way, that's a pretty creative way to get 4 days of FOTL, I hadn't thought of that. Pretty cool. For us though, when we're in a large group, we do the whole Universal/Disney experience, so we'll only have 2 days for Universal Studios and IOA.

sounds like u had a great time and fotl does spoil u:jester:
