Just got back from a camping weekend...it's official...

Hey everyone! The Bounce sheets DO work! DH sprayed a fog barrier around our campsite every night at sunset. That and Bounce and we were mosquito free. I wouldn't have heard of that trick if it wasn't for this thread! Thank you SO much!

Everyone else going camping - it's a beautiful time of year here in Florida. We hope to go again in January!

the fabric softner sheets are a old horsebacking trick to keep bugs away from the horses while you are riding! I love them! I tuck a few in strategic places and also rub them on the brim of a hat and they alway work great, works awesome for horse flies too

I think the idea of the sheets for bugs is great! They work for me. Thanks for posting this info.

They also work great for removing the bugs from the front of your vehicle with ease. Just use them as you would a rag. Wet them with water and rub. You will need to wash the residue off after.
