Just got a phonecall from Disney regarding the new Victoria and Albert's policy

Just got a phone call from Disney regarding there new policy in Victoria and Albert’s.
I send them an e mail and was really surprised they even call there costumers in Europe.

I had a nice conversation with the lady and it was really lovely that they valued my opinion.

I am glad that they called you and talked to you about it. I know from your posts on other threads that you are VERY against the new policy.

Was the CM able to explain the situation to you that you feel more comfortable with their decision?

If I remember correctly, in general it sounded like most Dis'ers agree with the new policy (the poll indicated approximately 97% agree and 3% disagree)

O yes ,surely after she told me that there will be NO other restaurant that will ban children.
Were al about children and we love to see them as future guests the lady told me.

She even could laugh about my suggestion renaming the restaurant in ”Ye Olde Grump”
