First, congrats on the little boy!!!!
I have three little boys and one girl...opposite of you...lol. My girl is my oldest and I thought I would be a "girl mom"...my mom has all girls...four of us. Well, then the next three babies were all boys. I must say...I LOVE my boys. This isn't to say I don't love my daughter, but I'm glad I have one little girl and three boys. A previous poster was correct (at least from my experience, I know there are exceptions to every rule).....girls are much more dramatic and emotional, but boys will tear your house apart in those first few years....lol. You Tube "Louis CK differences girls and boys" HYSTERICAL!! It does contain adult language...so don't watch around the little ones. I am done having children, but if I were to get pregnant again, I would hope for another boy.
As for the placenta previa...I had this with my second baby. I had one bad bleed and was put on strict bed and pelvic rest from 19 weeks until 36 weeks. At 36 weeks, they did an ultrasound and the placenta had shifted far enough away from my cervix to deliver ******lly. I was a mess when they originally suggested Csection...as well as all the stuff I read online. I have had 3 ******l births and then on my last (and easiest pregnancy), I had a crash Csection due to my baby having a 240 heart rate! This was SO hard for me...especially with my last baby, but it had to be done. I hope your placenta shifts and if not, prepare for the Csection. Read up about recovery and what to expect. If you need, there are Csection message boards online. People will say to you, "well it doesn't matter...at least your baby is healthy/" Well, DUH, but that doesn't mean you are any less of a person for wishing you were able to go ******lly. Good luck hon!!
ETA....I just realized that they censored ******lly???? Really?? It's not like I used a vulgar term.
