I cant believe it, we just added on 50 more points at SSR. We bought in last year at 160 pts, so that brings us up to 210. I know it not a lot, but it is to us. I had some points that were in holding and didnt want to lose them. We have a trip plannned for june and nov 07. with my use year of aug, i have until march 31 to bank. i was thinking of cancelling some of the nights in june, then try to rebook using the holding points 3 weeks later, but then our waitlist came in to stay at bcv for the whole week! I figured if i cancelled a few nights and tried to rebook using holding points,i would probably never get in there so close, so i relectantly decided to rent the holding points. I was able to rent them all in 2 days-about 60 points.
We then decided to take that money and use it as the 10% down on the 50 point add on. we were told we will get 50 points from aug 07, and then another 50 in aug 08, so we can bank the 50 we just got and not really be out any and have more each year.

(grew up going to DL, my husband's from Michigan and vacationed at WDW) and I'm already plotting for Grand California and Hawaii add ons! Can't wait until my first DVC visit so I can justify this dreaming!!
