I just closed the other day. We bought resale 153 pts at BCV's uy December. I have a question. Our contract states 36 banked pts from 04 ( which we are going to loose on 11/06), 153 banked pts from 2005 & 153 pts coming in December 06. My question is, when do I have to use the 153 pts from Dec. 05? We want to stay 2 weeks next October with 05 & some of 06 pts.

Your "04" points will expire Nov. 30, 2006. Your "05" banked points will do the same Nov. 30, 2007.

An October '07 stay will have both the banked '05 and current '06 points available to you. As stated, the banked '04 points will expire the end of this November.
