We are officially new owners at BWV! I am so excited!

Resale time line (for those that are interested):

Jan 26--contact Jaki and **** at ********** about 150 AKV pts, made offer started the wait for ROFR...

Feb 22, found out Disney exercised ROFR

Feb 23, made a new offer on 175 BWV pts (changed our minds about resorts during first wait)

March 18--passed ROFR

April 8---CLOSED!

Waiting on DVC stuff is NOT fun!!! But I would absolutely do it again
It was worth every day wondering to save all that $$$

We were looking at resale for BWV just recently the Prices are great.. but DH said No More Contracts
