Just bought more RR points and not showing up?!

I went to purchase SW tickets and was short over 6,000 points...so it was cheaper to spend $175 and buy 7,000 more points...which I did...but then went to book the flight and it didn't add the points in? I'm on hold now for at least 20 minutes...,any thoughts?

Hope you were able to clear this up. Seems they are having some technical difficulty this morning maybe this was also one of the issues?
