We own at AKV and SSR and just stayed at AKV in a studio this past weekend for the first time. WE LOVED IT! We had a savannah view and it really was so cool to go out on the balcony and see animals. The decor and the resort are top notch. I was sitting in the lobby Friday night when Matt Lauer walked through the lobby with his wife and two kids (and two escorts!) - I was very excited about that.

We closed in Sept. also!!!! Our 1st visit home is in June!!!! Can't wait to see it!!!!!! We are staying at SSR in Feb!!!!!

welcome home. we just closed in september at AKV too. it's killing me that i can't book our september 2009 trip until march since we are using our DPs for the trip--i want to start planning NOW!

March?????Why can't you book now??? Are you not at the 11 month window? You can book if you are.....


You just can't stay there til after May when Kidani opens. However we booked for July next year right away because we were at less than the 11 month mark.

Congrats!! We did an add on in Aug. and will be staying at AKV for our first time next July. Can't wait.

We just purchased AKV Kidani recently also! Can't wait till Kidani opens in May!

Now the fun part is planning either the developer points or the regular points!
