We have been saving for a trip to DISNEYLAND and were waiting for just the right time to present itself. With flying midweek, I believe we got a GREAT deal! Our trip is April 29-May 5, 2015. Flying 5 people roundtrip, no stops for $740.... sure beats driving 13 hours each way!

We flew Jetblue in 2011 and had a really great experience. We found the plane to be comfortable and the TV's at each seat were a real plus when flying with kiddos (then 4, 6 & 8). Anyone else find a great deal on plane tix? Have you had a good experience with Jetblue?

Very nice. :)

We took JB for one roundtrip flight. Didn't have the nice experience you're hoping for. Rude ticketing counter agent, super-rude flight attendant, and my TV didn't work and I was in the middle, so had the choice of DH's violent movie or DS's cartoons. Was not a joy.

Most people do not have those experiences with JB. We're just lucky that way.

We scored the same amazing fare for our January 27-31 trip to Disneyland, also from PDX to LGB. Last September my DS and I scored a $69 one way fare and since we were using up an $86 credit, we splurged and booked the middle seat as an extra seat and had the row to ourselves. Neither one of us likes the middle seat. Love the TV's, the snacks, and the one free piece of luggage per seat.

I guess it is just luck of the draw. We flew JetBlue once to LGB and the experience was fine. I read many horror stories about United but our trip last August to Florida was also fine.

Still I think Alaska is a cut above the rest of the other airlines and always choose them unless they are charging $150+ what others are.
