Why can't we get the package dates already??? It's driving me nuts ! I'm so anxious to know what the actual package rates will be.! I think I'm about to go running because I'm too excited .

Thanks to everyone for all of your responses to my numerous threads, it'll all be worth it in just a little over 6 months .

Now, the next step is dining. Well, I'm off to start on it right now!

Don't know yet because the 2008 Rates aren't out yet.

I spoke with Disney reservations yesterday morning and booked a 10 day stay at the Wilderness Lodge beginning May 29, 2008. The 2007 rate was $265.00 per night.

I asked the CM if she could see how much the rooms went up from 2006 to 2007. She said it was $16.00 per night and that, usually, the rate increases are bout the same. So, I am thinking I should add about $150.00 for our rooms.

When I asked if she knew when the 2008 rates would be out, she said they are expecting them to be out around mid-August.

I am shocked that the rates are that high. Last year we stayed there for $189 a night and we didn't have any discounts. When we checked in they gave us a bunkbed room with a view of the MK fireworks.

The rates weren't that high for me because I'm going during a value season. The rates for me are $215, but will change based upon the new rates for 2008.

I think I was there during the expensive season. We stayed there in July.
