My best friend moves to England on the 17th so I will be spending as much time as possible with him until he goes. My other best friend works nights so I don't see her much these days so we have a bunch of girly things planned

Man, it was like the good old days in here last night. Can we do that again soon? Now that the Holidays are almost over, lol.



My Christmas shopping is done. I didn't really buy anything for anyone outside of my immediate family. Everyone else gets brownie mix in a bag that I've been putting together. Easy, peasy.

Is it said it I learned about the fate of his wives from The Tudors? I'm tempted to pick up some books on him now. The show was good, but I do know that it's a show and not historical fact.

Man. I don't know what I would do if a close friend moved that far. I never really had to deal with that, not even when I graduated HS and everyone went off to college. But that was because I was kind of a loner in HS, lol. Well, that's not really funny. At least there's FB and all that to keep in touch easier than a few years ago.

I only have a few really close friends, and one is an hour and a half away which is hard enough, I can't imagine her moving to a different country. I hope it never comes to that!

That's for sure. The malls are crazy. We drove by one in Calgary on the weekend, and the parking lot was FULL! There were people parking at the LRT parking lot across the street. I am glad I didn't need to go there.

I wouldn't touch the mall with a 10 foot pole. No way, no how. Target is bad enough, but I have to go there. At least we have employee parking that most people don't realize is there.

Well that's good. I guess you can't avoid it if you work there. But working in it is different. While tiring, usually the business helps the time go by a little faster, I find.

What I hate is when you know where you want to go, but there are so many people in your way, making it difficult to get there. I am not good in big crowds. The worst for me is when your walking at a steady pace, and so is the group in front of you, then all of a sudden they come to a hault and just stand there, blocking most of the path. That's what gets me peeved! Lol. That's why I try to get as much as I can done early!
