Just got off 9/8 sailing of The Wonder!! Was WONDER-ful!!! Any questions, just ask!! Can't wait to go again!! :-)

we're leaving on the wonder oct 3, it our first cruise ever and i'm very siked! but i did have a question?we're booked for the dolphin encounter at blue lagoon and i've read on navigators that you meet at ex:cadilac lounge, but i heard theres a walk to the ferry? do you know how these excursions work?also we're trying to convince our dd9 to go to oceaneer lab so we can go to the spa (surial bath) any suggestion? thanks

lorileer-

Welcome Back!
Did you happen to hear/see anything about non potty trained infants be turned away from the kiddie pool? We sail next weekend.

Did you use the photo processing at Shutters? If so can you remember the cost involved?
Just curious!

Dolphin Encounter -- Yes, it is quite a LONG walk from the boat to the Ferry. I went to Atlantis, but it's the same walk! If someone in your party has difficulty with long walks, I'm sure they can arrange a golf cart or something to get you to the boat. The Ferries are right there at the Pier; it's just not a straight shot there. You'll have a FANTASTIC time though. I swam with the dolphins in Hawaii, and it was worth every penny. I understand Blue Lagoon has a really good program.

Oceaneer Lab -- We ran into many kids who were crying because they didn't want to LEAVE the Oceaneers Lab. We went by and visited, and it's really a COOL place. I think once dd9 goes and sees the place, she'll be pretty excited. They had lots of fun activities for the kids .... games, movies, front row seating at the shows, etc. Disney knows how to do it right!

Kiddie Pool -- I'm sorry. I don't really know about that one. Didn't even make it to the Pool. We were too busy!!

Photo Developing -- I did not use the developing, although we bought tons of their photos. They do a really nice job! I take SO MANY PICTURES -- 22 rolls came home with me -- I didn't develop on the ship. However, if I remember correctly, the price was around $9.50 which is not too out of line. Actually, it's cheaper than WOLF PHOTO!

I hope you all have as fun as I did!!!

keyjule99: We're on the 10/3 Wonder. We have a DD who just turned 10, and has been to the lab on the last 2 cruises. If you'd like, my DD would be happy to email her about it. My DD will be going in the 10-12 group, and really looking forward to it, but maybe we can arrange a meet so that your DD will find out how much fun it can be. Either PM or email me if interested.

thanks lorileer!
I don't think that $9.50 is too high a price for the service - it will be the first air plane ride and cruise for my 73 year old Mom - I want to make sure the pictures are PERFECT~! Since I am not a "great photographer", I know I'll use Shutters pictures more but sometimes I catch a good shot soooo.......

Happy Sailing and again, thank you!

Rae

thanks for the info, we don't mind the walk as long as we know where we going lol! if you ever think of anything else you found helpful or would take or do different please let me know, you know you get so excited your afraid you might forget something or say i wished i'd done that. again i'm glad to hear your trip was great and i hope ours will be too. keyjule99@aol.com
