We just returned from staying in a 3 bedroom Terre Verde townhome. I am happy to try to answer any questions.

What did you think of the resort? Especially the community facilities.

Was the Tiki bar open?

Have you any photos?

Thanks

We enjoyed our stay very much. It is a small resort, very quiet. There is a small lake and one pool with zero entry, one in-ground hot tub. The clubhouse has a gym and a small arcade and a couple of computer terminals to use. Tiki Bar was not open but it was pretty chilly while we were there. Resort is located 3 miles south of Highway 192, so basically you are 10 minutes from resturants, shopping and so forth. It is a gated community with a guard at all times. Everything was clean and well-landscaped. There is also a play/climbing area for small children and a basketball court outside as well.

Some of the townhomes have a small pool and some have just a hot tub. We had the hot tub. We did see the pools and they are small but we saw a family of four playing around in one having a good time. If you have older kids that are very active it might be too small but younger kids or adults just relaxing would be fine.
