A few of you asked for a few more details. We are from the midwest and do not deal with big commutes on a daily basis, so sometimes I wonder if we are a little oversensitive to any waits for buses because we don't deal with that on a daily basis. So....I'll just give you the details and you guys can judge if it will be a big deal for you individually. But, there were people on the bus complaining who were from New York. Someone spoke of missing a dinner reservation completely due to the busing situation. As I said, we were in Martinique. Martinique seemed to be more of a last stop - so I don't know if the buses filled before coming by Martinique and then left without going by, or what. But, I can say that before requesting Martinique (although it was an ideal location for access to everything) I'd check out the transportation issues further. Some details of our situation......we would wait for at least 30 minutes for a magic kingdom bus. Tons of other buses would go by to other destination - sometimes multiple for epcot or mgm, etc before a MK bus would come. Leaving MK after a later park closing was an absolute nightmare - all resorts were busy, but nothing like CBR - the All Star series had pretty long lines too. We probably waited 1-1 1/2 hours to get back. Other resort lines were very managable - as I do realize this is a busy, busy time. No one was going anywhere fast. The AK bus was rather slow too as it stops at Blizzard Beach on the way to and from. There were just waits we hadn't anticipated. We drove to and from Epcot, MGM and Downtown Disney as they are close and it was much faster than the buses. I am just not sure if I would want to be a CBR without a car with these issues - but this was our experience. Others may have a more positive experience. We had a little one too ( just a year), a 3 yr old and 9 yr old and the waits were difficult for them. If it had just been us alone, the wait may not have phased us. I'd just look into the problems further if I were going soon. Fire away any further questions. It was a beautiful resort!
