Just got back from BC concierge. We were there from Sun.Aug25-Sat,Aug.31. I thought it was great. Staying on concierge was the way to go for my family, although I wouldn't have gone that route without a deal. There was lots of food and the staff couldn't have been more friendly. Unless I was in a Home Away From Home ,I would never go to WDW unless I stayed on a concierge floor. Check in was quick at the front desk(concierge staff later told us we could have called up to them and they would have checked us in),but our luggage was missing for awhile. I guess it was a crazy day for them. Pool was great, room was fine.I don't know how much longer my family could stay in one room however. The day bed was ok for my 13 yr old but by next year,it would be a stretch.Husband thought the hotel was just ok,I think because we are from New England and it looks like home. He prefers the Poly.as it looks like you're in the south pacific. Location was grea. We walked to Epcot, opted to take the boat ot MGM. Its slow but relaxing. Any questions please ask.

Hi, Bobrow!

We'll be staying at the BC on the concierge level in December. How was the condition of your room and the concierge lounge? Do you know anything about the renovations that are supposed to start soon on the rooms? Thanks!

The conditions were fine. Some of the chairs in the lounge were showing alittle wear, but no big deal. The staff was excellent! I can't say enough about them. Food was plentiful and good. I couldn't have been more pleased. My 7 year old was totally into the staff when we were in the room and they tolerated him sitting and asking them questions. They even got him a uniform and let him dress up as a concierge worker. They took his picture,it was really cute.If the same people are there you will have a great time. As for renovations,I have no clue. Have fun!

Renovations for B.C. will begin on the 1st floor and move up. Concierge level will not begin renovations until Feb. or March. We are going in Nov. and can't wait. Thanks for the post.

Welcome home! I'll be staying at the BC next month (non-concierge), and I cannot wait! I'm glad you had a good stay, did you happen to take any pictures? Thanks!
