The food is labeled as to what it is, but the labels don't specifically identify things as gluten free (or vegetarian, etc). Just let the Concierge Hosts know your needs and they'll point you toward what's safe. (FYI, no need to post the same question in multiple threads.)

Ok...thanks for checking! I have a check in time of 1030-1045am so I'll get there early and ask! Is this pretty common and with that availability only 3 weeks away...are my chances high?

This is a good question. We are also considering checking out an upgrade and you would think if all those cabins show availability now and up to the cruise date that chances would be good. Will have to wait and see! May see you in line!

So we got there for 10am and went to level 3 on the garage. There is another entrance to the terminal there. The main entrance doesn't open until 1030. This was a fantastic tip from the porter!!

So after we checked in I went all the way down to the end of the counter to the customer service desk to check for upgrades. Was offered several actually and others were doing the same thing. I got a 1BR for about 1/12th the upgrade cost online or via travel agent. We were on deck 7 in a family with verandah. It was a relative no brainer and worth the splurge. Would do it again Ina heartbeat! I could have also gotten a concierge family stateroom for much cheaper but I opted for the 1BR!

Once in and settled, they took care of everything from getting our kids the wristbands to getting us in a cabana on castaway cay. They also booked our next cruise and printed us our shutters prints! Every morning getting welcomed by name was also awesome.

Our balcony was extremely nice for the three of us. We did have a few bugs all over the balcony that got blown away as we travelled, but it was kinda gross the first night.
