Just back! Boy, was it fun!

The virgin drinks were $7, $8.26 with tip; the same with alcohol, about $12 or $14.16 with tip. So about $6 saved per drink. I'm also fairly certain my drinks were a tad more potent than the bar tenders would have made. :goodvibes Only wish I could do the same in the parks. . .

Is this the price for two drinks? So, you saved $3.00 per drink?

When we were at Pop last month, I thought the pool bar alcoholic drinks were $6-7.00.

Where is the Star Wars Montage Movie?

We did the dessert party two weeks ago, and I really preferred the previous fireworks over the present show with fireworks. I also love fireworks, I am so glad we had seen the previous fireworks a few times!

I confess that I've done this at Blizzard Beach. Don't tell anyone.

My lips are sealed.

Nope, per drink. We ordered two virgins per trip to the bar, cost was $14 before tip (which was not automatically added). Beer and wine may be closer to your memory of alcoholic drink prices, but not liquor. I can't recall the last time I paid $6 for liquor, at WDW or anywhere else.

Hi, bobbiwoz! I had to go look it up; they are kinda over the top with Star Wars mini-clips at DHS right now. The proper name of the show I was referring to is Star Wars: Path of the Jedi. It's in the theater that used to have the Drew Carey show/movie. It basically summarizes the entire movie series in 10 minutes - a flash-back for fans, a "so this is what it's all about" for non-fans. We enjoyed it, but probably wouldn't do it more than once every year or two. We had actually watched all seven movies in the weeks leading up to our trip, so didn't need the "review session." But in July at WDW, an air conditioned theater was right up our alley!!!

We're of the same mindset with fireworks! I loved the previous SW show, and also was so happy to be able to see the Frozen fireworks twice during their last week last year! I cry during most of them, including Wishes - but don't tell anyone!

That lobster at Narcoossee's sounds so good! I may have to order that when I dine there in September.

Happy Birthday! Sounds like a fantastic trip.

I couldn't agree more about EE at night. Even my wife, who doesn't do coasters typically, rode it twice! Minimal to no wait after dark, and the experience is just awesome. Those going soon, make sure to fit this into your plans if you can!

Sounds like a great trip. We're looking forward to EE at night. We feel as if we may end up back at AK several nights after we accomplish whatever we wanted to for the day so we can really enjoy AK at night.

First time I had it, the waiter described how butter poaching yields more tender lobster - and boy, was he right! Not the slightest bit of rubberiness that can come with steamed lobster. Also, I had forgotten when posting this thread, DH and I made our own surf and turf. He got the filet and gave me half. I gave him one of the lobster tails. Anyone missing the previous surf-and-turf menu option and dining with someone who is willing to share may want to consider this.

Sounds like a great plan to me!

Sounds like an excellent trip!

We also do 3-4 days trips and usually only hit 2 parks. Sometimes you really need to "vacation" on your vacation lol.

Seems like the lines aren't so bad. I sure hope in two and a half weeks when we go it's the same! I've been looking at the wait times on the Disney app and they sure look low at times.
