Hey everyone!
Just got back and thought I'd post very brief reviews in case anyone is interested. If you have any questions, please let me know.
We were at Disney Sept 4-8th and ate at the following:
TS
Narcoosee's (dinner, it was our first time) - we really enjoyed this place - we liked the ambiance the most. We had calamari for an appetizer and that was delicious. We both had the surf and turf for dinner and it was good - it wasn't the most amazing meal in the world but it was good. For dessert we had the creme brulee and the cheesecake and both were amazing. Service was outstanding and we timed it perfectly for a wonderful view of Wishes from the boat that took us back to Magic Kingdom.
Wolfgang Puck Cafe (downstairs) - this was the biggest disappointment. We were excited to try it but it was a complete waste of a TS. Next time, we'll just stick to the QS! I had the ravioli and BFF had the almond crusted chicken - I can get better ravioli at Olive Garden and the chicken was sooo salty it was too much. For dessert, I had chocolate cake which was fine and BFF had the cheesecake which tasted out of the box. Lesson learned - we are never going back!
Crystal Palace (breakfast) - wonderful as usual. The characters were so fun and took their time at each table. Food was good although eggs were too salty.
Chefs de France (dinner) - we opted for the Prix Fixe Menu and had French Onion Soup which was amazing for an appetizer. For our meal, I had the Baked Mac which was good and BFF had the beef short ribs (which were amazing). Dessert was delicious!
Kona (lunch) - we opted to share here. We had the sticky wings for an appetizer which were so delicious as usual and we had the BBQ Tacos for our "meal" which were very yummy as well. Next time though we'll add for more jalapeno sauce on the side because there wasn't enough (it was really good). For dessert we had the Kona Kone which was so fun to eat! We also made a special request for bread and butter since it's not served at lunch and they were able to hook us up - soo yummy!!!
CS
Pizza Planet - the salad is now a ceasar salad which was TINY compared to previous years and the pizza has a new sauce (or at least it tasted that way to me)....it was fine, we survived.
Cosmic Rays - we ordered hot dogs because we wanted Casey's but it was closed and they were gross. Mainly, the bread was gross. The bun was gigantic - too much bread for the dog - never again.
Pecos - we split a deluxe burger here and it was yummy (much better than the hot dog!!!). The toppings bar was a huge hit!
Tangierine Cafe - had never eaten here before and I'm so so so glad we tried it! it was delicious. we shared the Shawarma Platter with chicken and lamb and it was soo good. Plenty of food for us two as well. I'll def be going back.
Boulangerie Patisserie - we shared a ham and cheese croissant and an eclair and both were yummy as usual. We used 1 CS credit for it.
