Booooo for her yucky attitude! I got a guy w/ a terrible attitude once. After trying to be nice (& just getting rudeness back from him), I said, "Please put me through to the survey now." I'm not sure if that darn thing even matters or not, but I was ticked at the level or disrespect & inappropriateness. After completing my survey, I called back & got someone that was much nicer. (I completed a survey for her too. It's just as important to praise the good!)
