I wonder, if proffesion affects pin trading. I know that there are a lot of actors and performers into it, but I'd like to know what else is out there. (Other then that one VERY nice chef!:D )
Soooooo....

Here's my written poll:

Tell me what's your career and what's your fave character.

I wonder if there's a connection...

I'll Start.

I am an RN and my favorite character is the main man, MICKEY!!!!!
Peggie

I am a full time student (but only for 2 more months- ha, ha, ha) and Snow White is my favorite.

I am a full-time Mom and my favorite characters are the dalmatians, but only because those are my DD Megan's absolute favorites!!

So in this case I guess there is a connection between profession and fav character!!

~Lady Nancy~ (who was an executive assistant before becoming a FT Mom)

During the day I am a Special education teacher, working with developmentally disabled adults with psychiatric disabilities.

At night I am a part time Manager at a Disney Store here in NYC.

As for favorite character, it would have to be Pooh.

Linda

I am a full time house and home engineer (translation...wife, mother, maid, chauffeur, gardener, accountant, chef, professional shopper, photographer, laundry maid, homework helper, college advisor, career advisor and travel planner)...I think it was easier when I was a full time biochemist! Anyway, given all that, my faves are characters from Beauty and the Beast!

I am an RN and a Mommy....
Favorite character is POOH, of course.........Favorite 'person' is Snow White

I AM A MEDICAL SECRETARY FOR A PRACTICE IN NEUROLOGY - AND I LOVE MICKEY MOUSE.

I AM ALSO AN X CAST MEMBER - WORKED AT THE DISNEY STORE FOR 5 YEARS.

DARLENE

I'm in RV Sales... And I would say My Favorite Charcter is Goofy.

Although I can't really think of a favorite character right now, I'll answer for DH. He's an engineer who loves Dopey.

I am a fulltime mom, part time Accounting student, and part time receptionist.

My favorites characters are Tinkerbell, Goofy, and the Song of the South characters.

I work in accounts payable for a plumbing contractor and my favorite characters are Tinkerbell and Meg from Hercules.

Does anybody see a connection yet?

Well, other than Perdita&Pongo!:D

I am a Communications Supervisor for a State Police organization.

My favorite character is Gurgi - but try and find him on anything!

So I mostly go with second fave - Tigger.

My connection is I also collect all the security & police pins that Disney puts out there.

I'm a transportation planner. My favorite pins are anything with Walt and the movies poster pins

Let's see if there's a connection w/ me!

I'm working to become an actress and my fave is Ariel!

I don't know...

I'm a systems engineer/network manager, with a background in machine control design, and with a serious bent towards Halloween. Each year, we offer theHauntedYard to our neighborhood - it's a big production for us that requires months of prep and weeks of teardown, all for one night. We can max out at around 300 trick-or-treaters and their parents. (!)
So naturally, I tend to favor The Haunted Mansion - the perfect mix of "not too scary for the kids" and "not too namby for the teens" and "really cool for the adults" - a home haunter's Grail search.
Personally, however, I'm a BIG fan of the mouse. Mickey is my main rodent!
You'll find me intrigued with the mouse, the imagineering, the continuity, and the man who made it all happen.

I was an amateur stand up comic and therefore my favorite character is Tigger, now I'm a systems engineer, but was an imagineer for a bit and collect imagineer pins as well as technoweeny type Epcot pins.

To brag a bit I designed and installed with an awesome team of technoweenies, the sound, security cameras, and TV systems at the following.

The Grand Floridian resort, Beach and Yacht resort, Coronado springs resort, and my best work to date The Wilderness Lodge where…..

"Everything you hear is sound" You know those little crickets and animal noises that start at 7:00pm and get louder then softer, and then by morning the music returns :D
