We got an e-mail from Nancy Spohn today saying she sent our closing docs to DVD. She gave us an 800 number for member services but suggested not calling for 1 1/2 weeks. I assume we'll receive something in the mail from MS at some point? We're anxious to try and convert our WL reservations for Jan. 12-21 to DVC.

I am VERY impatient...but, I would start calling sooner. I have heard of people who were in DVC's system 48 hrs (business days) after the closing.

My notification from MS stating I was in the system actually came a couple of weeks after I was in the system.

I called at five days and was already in the system, able to make ressies! I wouldn't wait that long esp. if you need to make ressies

Welcome Home and call them sooner than later. The worst that can happen is that they will tell you you are not in the system yet. The best is that you will be. Good luck and have fun planning.
