So i have all of my memberships on autopay, but I am the type of person that likes to pay early on my monthly bills sometimes and not wait for the automatic draft occasionally.

I cant pay all of them at once right now so monthly payment works better for me.

I know we cant use gift cards for monthly payment anymore but is there a way to pay my monthly payment earlier then it would take them to withdrawl and then stay on autopay for the next month? I really dont want to call and chat is inconsistent

Once we get past 15th of February, and you are on autopay, you can’t adjust things.

You can only disable it to pay the balance in full.
Do we have any reports of what will happen if you ie disable autopay in June? I mean are you hit with late fees immediately or are you actually able to pay off the balance with a gift card or credit card?

I paid a couple of mine off in summer of last year. They were/are enrolled in auto pay. I just used the pay balance option, didn’t turn off auto pay. They stayed enrolled just starting again in January.

Based on reports from this year, people were able to pay it off without late fees since they did it immediately.

I believe that someone who wanted to use more than one gift card had to call accounting to get them applied.

I also think you can pay off full balance with CC without even disabling auto pay…but I didn’t try it in 2025…

Basically, you can only make partial payments with auto pay until Feb 14th.

Once you get to the 15th, can only pay balance in full or must continue with the monthly amount.
Thank you, going to pay off as much as I can before feb

Maybe it depends on when you do it, or did you call? I tried to do it in September and there is no way to do it online with autopay on, I had to turn it off to make a payment.
I did it online on two different says for two different contracts this summer and again this fall on a third. I just used the pay balance button, used a credit card and didn’t touch the auto pay set up. 🤷‍♀️

Were you paying 2025 dues that you had on auto pay, or were you pre-paying toward your 2026 dues?

I was paying 2025 dues that were on auto pay.
Were you trying to make partial payments or pay in full? My experience is if auto pay is on, you can use a CC or GC. But that option is only available if you're paying the contract in full. Obviously this still won't work if your balance is more than $1K and you're trying to use gift cards.

In that instance, you'd have to turn off auto pay in order for the system to allow partial payments and use the multiple GCs to pay it off. That's why right now I'm getting all my contracts just under $1K, so later I can pay them off whenever without hassle.

Assuming you

I thought you weren't able to use a GC if autopay was on regardless of when you tried(after Feb 15th)?

You can pay the balance in full after the 15th of Feb.

The system will take both CC and GC.

With GC, though, you have to disable auto pay to pay contract in full if you are using more than one GC since it doesn’t take partial payments.

So, if your balance is under $1000 and you have just one GC to cover, then you shouldn’t need to disable auto pay.

If your balance requires more than one GC to pay it off, you must disable and can’t put it back on.

In those cases, you can still use GC, just multiple transactions Reports from last year were that owners just called to do that.

What you can’t do with GC is make a partial payment on a contract after Feb 15th, regardless of whether you need to disable autopay or not.
