If he wants to eat at Rainforest, then you can book it now.

If they add a DAK Dining Pkg. you can cancel Rainforest and try to book elsewhere (as Rainforest will almost certainly be part of any Dining Pkg.)

Again, we don't know all of the details.

Just wondering...do you think the jungle book show will have regular fast passes? Without the dinner?

Yes,Asia seating is "set up" to be all FP+ with Dinoland seating being Standby/Dining Packages(It is not known if DPs will start immediately.)

Yes I already booked rainforest for dinner. I was saying we will wait and see if there are regular fast passes. If there are only dining ones then I will have to cancel rainforest and book elsewhere. So that is why I was hoping there will be regular fast passes (without the dining at flame tree or tusker like the article mentioned). Sorry for not being clear was typing fast.

It may not be (likely won't be) playing at Christmas.

It is a "temporary fill-in" for the highly anticipated "Rivers of Light" show that (for unexplained technical reasons) has been postponed for an indeterminate time.

Jungle Book will be a show of some kind based on the recent movie of the same name.
It will take place on the water in DAK, with guest-viewing from the recently completed seating areas that were constructed originally for the aforementioned Rivers of Light.

We don't know the running length of each show, or what the show contains, as of yet.

The Jungle book: alive with magic is a placeholder for a show named rivers of light or RoL for short- RoL was delayed, so a new show would temporarily hold it's place until whenever RoL is ready to be shown(most likely in September I believe). The contents of the jungle book: alive with magic are currently unknown, but it revolves around the live action film from Disney, the jungle book. It will not be staying until December because rivers of light will be open, and will ultimately replace the show. Since we're on the topic of shows at ak, I'm just going to quietly recommend finding nemo the musical. I couldn't resist- the nemo obsession got the better of me..
