June Weight Loss Challenge.....whohoo!

I lost the 1lb I had gained last week, but that's it. I did pretty well during the week and on Saturday and Sunday, but overate on Friday. Thankfully I have kept up the exercise. Next week I am starting aqua aerobics on Mondays and Wednesdays so I am hoping that will jump start me because I think my body is probably getting used to doing the same exercise everyday.
 
Weighed in this morning and am down another pound making 3/6 for June. I will take it!:goodvibes

Had my weigh-in today. Down 1.8. Didn't lose anything the week before but didn't gain either.

1.8 more to go for a total of 10 I think I was shooting for 8 this month. Not off to a good start but any amount I'll be happy with.
 
OK, went to Mackinaw Island this past weekend. Gained--YUK! Well, I didn't drink as much water as I normally do. So, I will WI again this Friday, and see if I can't have lost the 2 pounds I gained and a few more! Now, it is 10 pounds to lose for the month of june!

I haven't seen an update since the beginning of the month so I thought that I'd post one. I hope that I'm not stepping on any toes by doing it. I find that it inspires me to keep at a challenge when I can see how well others are doing.

:scared: I am so sad that I have to report a....gain...for this week! I was +1 at my WW meeting yesterday. Waahhh:guilty: I had a girls weekend (at a resort in Missouri - near Branson- it was a blast!) and even though I felt like I made some good choices, overall I really ate and drank everything I wanted. I guess I was hoping maybe my weight would stay the same with no gain. Made me realize though that my weight loss is rather "fragile" at this point...meaning it would be pretty easy just to put those 14 lbs back on! (Actually I guess weight loss is always fragile!!) Anyway, I hope for a better result next week! Happy losing to all!!:thumbsup2

On 6/4 I was 160. Consistently for the last 3 days I've been 157! I've lost 3 out of my 5 pound goal so far!

Thank you so much for keeping track for us! I got weighed in today and I've lost another 4.5 pounds, for a total of 9.5 pounds so far for June!! :banana: :woohoo: :dance3:
 
Forgot to post again. I was down another 2 lbs. That means I've lost 6/10 for June! :woohoo: :cheer2: Thanks for updating our list Lisa! You rock :thumbsup2
 
Uggg!!! I can not get off this 146 plateau. :sad2: Top it off with PMSing and a party weekend - well, things are dangerous!! Must reevaluate/shake up the diet...and of course keep the faith. Good job everyone else! Hoping for more happy news next week.
 
I'm very disappointed. I only lost 1 lb. this week and I was soooooo good, too! I even avoided my MIL's lasagna at dinner yesterday and grazed on salad at a graduation party on Saturday. So, this morning's weigh-in has been discouraging. I guess that I need to get on the ellipitcal and burn some of it off. I hope everyone is having a better week!
 
No loss again. Tonight I am starting my aqua aerobics, so I am hoping it will get me going. Congratulations to all the losers!!
