June Trips -- It's Crunch Time! Who's IN?

Ashley - As of right now, I'm just kind of watching how much I eat. It's hard to diet right now since I'm breastfeeding... I'm always SO hungry!

Now that the weather is finally getting nicer, I'm going to start going on walks around the neighborhood down to the park with the kids.
 
Lauren_Elizabeth - you are on the best diet ever...breastfeeding!! I remember way back when I was breastfeeding and it was fantastic. To help the weight come off quickly I filled up on lots of fruits and veggies, chicken, and dairy. I pretty much didn't have to have portion control either, just healthy choices. Gotta love having a calorie burning machine on 24/7!
 
It is still raining over here in UT!! I think I'm having the rainy day blues. It's been super hard to find the energy to workout. But I've been dragging my butt on to the treadmill anyway :). I feel like such a slacker though because I still haven't made it back to WW for another weigh in. This week has just been crazy and I keep missing the meeting, blah. So I did step on my scale just to make sure I'm keeping tabs on myself. It was good. I'm down about 2 lbs! But I really really want an official weigh in so I know for sure.
So I'm going to keep plugging along, working out, and trying to stay within my WW points. Gotta look good for my boyfriend Mickey :rotfl:

WAY TO GO, VICKIE! 2 lbs is such a motivating accomplishment -- and it's exactly what I needed to hear about! :banana:

I have not lost 2 pounds. I have one pound that's trying to sneak back! :scared1: Our last day of school is a week away and therefore life has been stressful around my little corner of the universe. Report cards and kids who've lost their ability to follow our number one rule (have self-control) are just about putting me over the edge! I'm sure I'm driving them nuts, too! :rotfl: I know that every life needs a rest day, but it's so frightening to have a couple days where the scale isn't moving in the right direction. Hopefully this ignites some major metabolism and I'll see those pounds melt away.

Anyway, you all leave so very soon! I just set my countdown again, and it's only 25 days away!

Lauren, way to keep yourself active despite the demands of breastfeeding a a little one. :worship: You make my life sound so easy. I'm sorry for my whining today! (I may not be sorry for wining tomorrow, though :cloud9:

I thought it was always sunny and beautiful in Utah. I must have misread something. :) Just think how great that Florida sunshine will feel!

Back on the bandwagon! :woohoo:
 

Impressive work ladies! This is my first week fully back on WW and my weigh in is tomorrow so we will see how things go. Ive walked almost 20 miles at a fast pace this week!

StitchesGr8Fan, I love that you're keeping track of your mileage. Every time I do that I always find time to do some extra. Have you ever done a Walking/Running to Disney Challenge?

I did my two-a-day today, and it turned out to be 2 5ks, one on the elliptical and one on the road. Feeling good! :banana:

I am also getting back to my "clean eating" sans-gluten diet. I messed up a little, and now I'm trying to get back (after I enjoy some Skinnygirl margaritas!). :woohoo:

I'm headed to a card party tonight, so I will also be steering clear of temptation there. Here's hoping to a veggie tray! :worship:

Today is my official end to P90x round 1! I'm totally wishing that I had stuck to a really healthy diet while I did it. Oh well, I'm doing another round when I get back from disney and my plans are to stick to the P90x diet outline for the next round. I'm happy though with the results! I have arm muscles :thumbsup2, who knew?
My workouts have been going really good this week. I did 3 days with double workouts. Evening workouts are super hard to commit to once you've already exercised earlier in the day!! I had to post more motivational post-it notes around the house to keep my positive attitude. But the good news it that it didn't rain today!!! I was able to take the dog on a run and plant my garden :cool1:. Yeah, lots of people think utah is a desert, which it is....but in SLC it rains/snows a lot in the spring.
Keep up the good work everyone! Our trips are getting very close!
 
Hello June Crunchers!!
I just went to a WW meeting and weighed in. I'm down 4 lbs :yay:. I was super excited. So I'm at 115.4 and my goal is 114. So I only have 1.4 pounds to go and one week until I leave for Disney!! I am feeling super motivated and I know that is a doable number. My goal this week is to track all of my calories and stay within my WW points everyday. I've been going over my daily points quite a bit, so I know if I can stick with it then my WI next week will be great.
