EE22, glad your eye is better. :wizard: Good plan doing the drops:thumbsup2

Wow, page 100!:surfweb: We are a chatty bunch;)
I confess, I have poly mugs we used 3 years in a row. but not really that much, captin cooks was always too much of a hike.:lmao: So I just bought a 24 case.:thumbsup2

I noticed page 100 too.:woohoo: :woohoo:

Isn't it so exciting to get mail from Disney. Last year we got something like each week. This year, nothing. I wonder if it has to do with how much money you owe. Our package was much cheaper this year compared to last.

I think I have figured out our days. We will still miss Spectro though. Here is what I have somewhat planned:

*Remember we are 2 adults and 2 kids

8/21 AK/MGM *Use 4 adult hoppers (I know this is a waste)
8/22 Epcot *Use 1 day MYW tickets left from last year
8/23 day off
8/24 P&P
8/25 day off
8/26 MK *Use new 1 day MYW ticket from free dining package
8/27 Hoop
8/28 Either go to P&P again or add one day to each of our MYW base tickets
8/29 travel day

What do you think? The price of the hoppers are really expensive so it is out of the question if I have to buy it. The only problem is if we add to the first set of MYW tickets, I can save the second kids tickets for another trip. How does all of this sound? Did I miss something? I want ALL input.

TP2,
I like the on one day and off one day thing too. It is nice to go at slower pace. On our trip we usually go to a park each day but sometimes just for a few hours or to shop & /or eat. Then I feel guilty on the heavy ap charge.

If you do ak and mgm > it is reasonable to figure you can do them both. We are in and out of ak pretty fast even with doing rides a few times. ak to me seems like the hotest park. a cm told us it was all the foliage > with the humidity.

I will be interested to hear what you guys think of hoop de doo. we where not big fans and thought all the hoopla was a bit much. Kinda the same opionion of Cirque'.

Is MGM open late that night?

I think it looks good. Too bad about Spectro. Maybe they will add a night too...who knows.

Hoop: We loved it, but the kids were little and laughed like fools and DH was picked for the Indian at the end. However, we probably won't do it again.

AK closes at 6pm and MGM 8pm with Fantasmic at 8:30. DD8 REALLY wants to ride Rockin Roller Coaster so that is all we really need to do at MGM. I was planning on skipping the park all together this year. The only way we will hit this park is if we use the hoppers on this day.

We went to Hoop last year and that was the first request for this year. As soon as the girls heard we were going they said we HAD to go to Hoop. I hope they enjoy it this year as much as last. We were a big group last year and it was also their first time going. I plan to stretch out the day and go to FW early to go to the petting farm and ride ponys. I also plan to stay and go to the campfire and sing along. It would probably work best to go to P&P on Tuesday after that so that we can sleep in after the campfire and then enjoy our last park day.

Sounds like a great plan. I remember you said that your DD wanted to ride RnR. We love Fantasmic :) can't wait to see it again.

HI GUYS !:goodvibes
IM BACK FROM THE WORLD !!!!
HAD A GLORIOUS TIME !!!!!
TP AND MKY- YOU GUYS ARE GOING TO HAVE A BLAST...ARE YOU READY ?:yay:

Hi Tomar!!!

TP2: Hmm...might have to consider the Wegoshop...is it easy?

Has your family seen Fantasmic?

How strange...in June MGM closes much later. I do think the Spectro thing is lighter crowds. I've never been in lighter crowds :rotfl: lighter than the last time, but never light crowds. I suppose I'd have to learn to plan my days better, but DD and I hop like Rabbit when we are there.:yay:

Tomar: Welcome Home!!! Can't wait to hear about your trip.

EE22: Wegoshop is very easy. You tell them your flight and they arrange delivery based on your arrival. For the last 2 years they were pretty much waiting for me at the room once I checked in. They have a cart and bring everything right to your room. You give them a shopping list online and you tell them what store you want them to shop in. You just pay a delivery fee which is really not that bad considering you don't have to take time out of your trip.

My friend just called and it's 104 in WDW with the heat index!
Pack those COOL clothes ladies. It's brutal here this week too...I think everywhere. I hope it cools down a bit before you guys head out.

I know I am insane but I just thought of another way to upgrade our tickets. We can upgrade 1 adult ticket and 2 of the kids MYW tickets to a 6 day ticket and use the 4 one day hoppers all for the same person. That would eliminate the need to hop and we will be able to hit all the parks. That would also let us hold on to 1 adult and 2 child MYW tickets for a future trip. Saving those tickets has $191 in value so the $388 charge to upgrade is really reduced by that amount. Anyone else see my logic?:upsidedow

Welcome back tomar!:welcome: Hope you had a great trip:wizard: Can't wait for details and pictures.

TP2, sounds logical to me. I was kinda hoping for the P&P party on tuesday, cause we will be there. So I don't want to influence you.;) *** Last year, it was way more busy with the free dining then they planned, so they did alot of last minute changes with the schedule. Added fireworks, parades, and hours.***

Hope you east coasters did ok in the storms, we sent out there. You made the chicago news. Looked pretty bad.

What is wegoshop?

Mky down to 7 days !:stitch2: :stitch2: :stitch2: :stitch2: :stitch2: :stitch2: :stitch2: :hourglass

I didn't follow that at all.
I only know that with the MYW tickets you can't use more than one day off a ticket to hop...is that what you're doing?:confused3

If you're not, then ok....I think:scared:

EE22, I did get the alamo offers, in the email, and it is about 200.00 more than I have already with national. Guess, I have a pretty good thing and didn't know it.:lmao:

We woke up to the bad weather this morning. Then it got REALLY hot.

EE22: No, right now we have 2 sets of one day MYW tickets. By set, I mean 2 adult and 2 kid tickets. I also have 4 one day adult hopper passes. I just realized I can upgrade 3 tickets from one set of the MYW tickets from one day tickets to 6 day tickets. I can then use the 4 adult one day park hoppers all for the same person so that person has 4 days worth of park passes. That same person would also use 2 one day MYW tickets and I would have 1 adult and 2 kid MYW tickets left over for a future trip. Does that make any more sense? I think I am more confused now.

:lmao: I figured you got it too!

I am too far out to get a deal yet for mine.
178 for a week isn't bad is it?
