Hello everyone!

I had a wonderful family vacation and got lots of exercise in! 885/850. I can't believe I will be well over my goal with the help of not working or commuting for a week!:goodvibes

Awesome job getting in a lot of time in on vacation! I'm so worried about going on summer vacation and not being able to maintain my routine. I'm going to try really hard to get as many small workouts in as I can.

I had 120 minutes today walking and at the gym with weights.

ok busy weekend, did some redecorating which burned a few calories. I now have a disnified bathroom. It is a mousterpiece :rotfl: it is now all done up in Mickey Mouse decor. My lil princess still gets all wide eyed when she goes in there. Back to work tonight, been busy, so an counting 30 minutes. So I am 810/900 for the month so far and still have a few days to go to make goal.

10 mins recumbent bike
15 mins foam roller - yeouch!

I did get some time in today. Tomorrow I see my trainer and the massage therapist; hopefully things will improve soon!
 
Made it back to the park last night for another 35 minutes. That should now put me at 213/450.
 
1825/1700 Wahoo!!! I made it. It was so fun to see my name in red--that's never happened, and now I get to be lime green!

The latest minutes are the usual walks, runs (yippee), stretching class at the Y, and mowing the lawn/whacking back some branches on a tree.
 
50 minutes so far today. 20 minutes weight training, 15 on the bike and 15 on the treadmill. And I still have class tonight! I'm thinking about going to kickboxing and the strength class but I'll decide later.

Just realized I had yesterday's total to date wrong. It should have been 2030.

Today, I did 60 minutes of Biggest Loser DVD workouts but added 3 pound weights in each hand, to increase the intensity a bit. Also a bit of core.,

most fun workout ever!!! splashing and running and playing in the rain with lil princess and DS. He is soon to be 17 so had to coax him, but once he saw how deep puddles were he was all for it. So brings me to 840/900.

60 minute strength class. I almost stayed home but at the last minute I made myself go.

Sorry I have not been posting my times, but I have been tracking them, I have hit my 1000/1000 minutes on my recumbant bike, will try to work in more, got some medical tests coming up and not sure how I will be feeling after.
