June Exercise Challenge - 54 Challengers and 40,537 minutes completed!!!

60 more minutes. I had my Strength and Sculpt class. I love that class and wish it was more than once a week. We use resistance bands, hand weights and a step and I have all of that at home so I can start to do the same things at home.

I did an hour Ripped class this morning and then went back to the gym tonight to do an hour of WERQ bringing my total to 960/1680. I feel awesome tonight!! Gotta love the endorphins you get from exercise :cheer2:
 
Walked 6.33 miles today on my pedometer. I easily walked an hour so I am up to 400/850!
 
I managed about 45 minutes of swimming yesterday, as well as a 20 minute walk!

Had to skip yesterday due to fibro pain, but went to the Y this morning and did 35 min. wt machines and 40 minutes cardio. I've reached the half way mark, woot woot!:woohoo:

Oh! And BIG news: DH told me to book a trip to WDW for November!!!!!:love2: I wasn't expecting to go again since we just went in April. I'm sooooo excited!:cool1:party::jumping1:

Thank you, both. I LOVE working with Special Olympics and only wish I had more time to devote to it. This morning, I saw a photo of me working the event and I have the biggest smile on my face. It really captured how I felt the entire two days. Oh, to be rich and able to volunteer instead of work for a paycheck. :goodvibes

I had a 45 minute workout with K this morning and did 60 minutes on the treadmill, bringing my total to 1255. :)
 
Great job, Lynda. But did I count wrong? I have you at 385 for your last update and 415 for this one. Shouldn't it be 445?

Oh I am sorry, I see what I did. I used the old time before you updated it! You are correct. Thanks so much!

So today I did 90 minutes between walking, elliptical and weight machines, so using the 445 number, I should now be at:

I am officially back at the gym as of Saturday - after almost a month off.
Did some time on the cross trainer, the bike, walking laps and some weight machines. Total of 90 minutes.
Then, came home and took a short break with some tv time and then got in the pool and did some jogging in the water using a noodle. Total time 30 minutes.

So, I am at 210/1000 so far this month! And have my bag packed for a gym trip after work today!

And I did not make it to the gym. Ended up having to take dinner to my parents who are both sick with some sort of cold/sinus infection something.
So, I ended up with treadmill time - but did 2.22 miles.

Now I am at 250/1000 for the month.
 
I know that I have been MIA. Just a quick check in. I am at 250/600for the month!! I am hoping to be able to check in on a more regular basis now that things are not so crazy at work.
 
ugh incredibly hot and humid outside, I got no sleep after work, I am kinda in dopey, sleep deprived mood, but I went out with lil princess in stroller, and walked for 30 minutes. So didn't want to, but glad I did and it is over. So now I am at 480/900 for the month. :woohoo:

Triple ugh - no sleep, heat and humidity are a bad combination. Good for you for perservering and the princess appreciated it, too.

I do love those endorphins, too...although they compete quite vigorously with the love I have for the endorphins that come from chocolate. *sigh*

Hi everyone -

Life is great! But apparently making time for exercise means not making time for my laptop.... so I've got a lot of catching up to do!

I've been to my awesome new boot camp 4 more times (W, F, M, W), for an additional 240 minutes, plus I ran for 30 minutes on Tuesday, bringing me to a total of 510/1200.

Great work everyone -- fantastic to see so many minutes by so many people!
 
This morning I did 20 minutes rowing, 5 minutes core (planks, etc.) and 30 minutes elliptical.

New total - 1310
 
Walked the dogs this morning and then headed out solo for a C25K 28 minute run. I did OK. I had to walk three 60 second breaks. I am running a valley, so I figure when I stall out some of it is the hill action.

Another 60 minutes today. 460/850

I am on vacation! I am so thankful!!
