Any one traverling with easyjet know if you have to print of your boarding passes?? I'm really confused. :confused3

We're booked with them but I've never flown with them before. I THINK I seem to remember seeing something with a bar code that needs printing out? And they emailed me to remind me that I havne't filled all our details in properly online which will mean we can't fly if we don't get on and do it :surfweb:

Just had a quick look and saw this:
•Conveniently print your boarding pass at any time during this period.
http://www.easyjet.com/en/flying/

I'm liking the note I saw at the bottom that you can check any baggage in the night before .... I was dreading waking the children up in the hotel and having to manage them and 6 bags to the airport. Carry on only and the buggy sounds more reasonable at 4.30am!

I will oy be checking my luggage in when we travel that day. So I didn't know if the boarding passes were just for people with hand luggage? I don't want to print th and it be wrong but don't not want to do it either :confused3

I'm travelling Easyjet and have flown with them several times before. Never printed out a boarding pass. I just take my email confirmation they send with all the details on. You have to fill in your passport details etc on their website though. I think boarding passes can be printed out but assume it is for those who are not checking in any baggage and want to just go straight to the gate.

My silly question... are passports and the signed Disney Cruise sheet declaration thing all we need to be able to get on the boat

Is this a very popular thing to do? I tried the HOUR that the Palo reservations went online to book a time (granted not a DCL member or DVC member so I don't get advanced booking advantages), and I was surprised to find that the tea and the brunch completely grayed out.

Not one availability.

And I've been checking every week since.

Is there no Tea or Brunch? Or is it that they get completely booked before even offered to the regular joe's who are not veteran cruisers?

What a bone weary time it's been. I posted a while ago about possibly not going on the cruise as my friend's father had taken ill with terminal cancer, and many of you gave me good advice about cruising solo.

Well, a month ago, my own father was struck with a sudden illness which attempted to be fatal more than once in his journey. And then my friend and I were BOTH faced with the same situation: do we go or do we stay with our families?

Thankfully, my father rallied, and is recovering ever so slowly. It'll be a good nine months til he's back to full strength, and he might not be the same strapping guy, but he's working on it.

Unfortunately, my travel companion is still dealing with her long goodbye.

But we both have decided to not give up the opportunity to see the Mediterranean and take the adventure.

Goodness knows we need the break.

So thank you to everyone who sent their wishes, I appreciate the thoughts. We are going to try and spend our time not talking about the fear or tragedy we've faced and focus on the grand opportunity we have to see Europe.

Thanks again, and I look forward to seeing you.

I tried to get Palo reservations for tea or brunch when I first got the chance to reserve ... how many months ago was that? They were gone by the time I got online and I did it at 4:00 am sharp!! LOL I'm going to see about getting it when we board the ship .... maybe I'll get lucky ... and since we're boarding pretty early, you never know.

The brunch is far superior to the tea, so if you have the option go for the brunch.

Also for those who are interested on doing the stateroom MAGNET SWAP, give me your room nos. so I can add them to the list.

So, I was working on magnets and FE gifts today. Do the room numbers listed mean that those are all the people participating in the magnet exchange? As it stands, it looks ilke there are 7 participants.....?

Just trying to get those things done so that is something I can check off my endless list of things to do.

Thanks! :thumbsup2

Nope, only 6 for sure for FE....

So, the volcano has not been mentioned much lately. Has the ash gone away or is it still causing problems?

The volcano is just steaming right now. No ash is being thrown into the air so all is good. It's still an active volcano so there are no guarantees but it's not looking too bad right now.

One thing this has made me do is look at the insurance policies to see if ash cloud is included. I always assumed it did but apparently, not all of them do.

I started packing today. :rotfl2: Well, my carry on is mostly packed. The stuff I'm bringing in checked luggage is just thrown in a heap in the suitcase until I have time to organize and do the final laundry. :goodvibes

I'm debating whether to bring my Mickey Mouse rain poncho or to go out and by a very light weatherproof windbreaker or something. Nothing like leaving things to the last minute, eh?

3 more days of work and then it's vacation time. :dance3:

By the way, my real name is Chris and in case you wanna come up and say "hiya" before we meet on the ship (maye we'll bump into you in Barcelona or at the port. LOL), here's how look when I'm calm as a cucumber (whatever that means). :rotfl:

Just to clarify - I am not participating in a magnet exchnage (no idea what it is!) as I think that is what mlm71 was asking ?

ooops, what was i thinking? :confused3 :lmao:yeah you're right she was referring about magnet exchange.
