So do we think these are all the excursions or will Disney be adding to these?
My kids have been teenagers mostly when we have participated in the past; they are both adults now (well, as adult as an 18 and 19 yr old can be) but we are still participating. We know several others who are planning to participate who are adult only cabins. If you decide you want to participate, please PM me your info and I'll add you to the list!
We have been participating since 2010 and do not have any kids with us. We enjoy it!
Ok I am convinced! I love doing crafts and gift-giving is my love language haha so I'll definitely have to hit up pinterest to see what I can come up with!
Please add us to the group. Joseph and Cecilia Weaver. 35 DCL cruises. Booking starts for palo, spa and port adventure for us at 2100 hours tonight. Great thing about being stationed on the west coast with USAF
cant wait to book. 2100 hours tonight on the west coast. Will need to check again since I did not see Normandy excursion the other day.
ok, I'm going through the list of Dublin excursions. I would advise anyone who is interested in visiting any of the places listed to Google search and see if the Disney price is worth it. For example, on the excursion list is a walking tour and visit to Jameson Whiskey Distillery. The Disney price for this is $65 BUT the 50 minute guided tour only costs $17 which you can pay at the door or get online direct from the Jameson website.
The "Live the Day as a Dubliner" excursion (which by the way as a Dublin born person is pure stereotypical and totally NOT authentic real Dublin) again can be done on your own. The Disney price is an eye watering $235 and includes a guided bus tour and lunch at most likely The Arlington Hotel. The regular normal guided hop on hop off bus tours cost under $20, valid for 24 hours and the dinner and show at The Arlington Hotel costs under $40. Disney probably have negotiated a private special show and dinner but even still, its no way worth paying $235 for that package.
BadPinkTink,
You ought to just take the day off, meet us at the port, charge us, and give us a guided tour
