I'm glad to hear your son liked the Kids club. I think my older son will love it. He will turn 9 right before the cruise and is very friendly and outgoing, so I have a feeling he will want to spend a lot of time there.
I'm a little nervous about my younger son. He will be 7 when we cruise, and he's a little shy and does not make friends as easily. I really hope he enjoys the club, because my DH and I rarely have time alone together, so we're counting on the kids going to the clubs at least a few hours a day.
My daughter is 3 and she will talk to anyone, so I imagine she'll march right into her club and tell us to leave.
We have the early dinner seating too!
All the families in our group are on different decks. We're on Deck 8 because it's the only place they have those "Family Suites" that hold 5 people. Of course, now that I've been reading the forum, I've learned that it might have been less expensive to book 2 connecting rooms on a lower deck...live and learn!!!
I'm so excited I can hardly wait. Our cruise is a Christmas gift from our parents, and I've always dreamed of taking a
Disney Cruise. I can't believe we actually get to do it!
Are you going to Disney World at all before or after your cruise? Will you drive or fly in the night before or the day of? We're coming from Cincinnati, OH, so we fly in the day before and we're going to stay at the Radisson at the Port. We learned about it here and it looks really neat.
