We are going to Disney World in 32 days, and I am going nuts! Everything is done. I've made dinner PS, Reservations for the Wishes Dessert party, and all the other stuff that I need to do. Nothing left but the packing, and it seems like time is going by so slllooooooow! I can't even watch the Vacation videos with my daughter, because she doesn't even know that we are going! I am not sure that these surprise trips are worth it!

All I can do is read the boards here and all they want to talk about is the new chips in drink cups and Brazilian tour groups!

I can't imagine how bad this wait is going to be less than a year from now when I am waiting for this cruise!

We were down two weeks ago, and there were a lot of Brazilian tour groups, and a lot of those were mostly younger people. They seemed much better organized and pretty well- behaved. (i have seen some really obnoxious behavior from some in the past, which gives them all a bad name.) They really had very little impact on us, so I wouldn't stress about it. You're going to have a great trip. I can't wait to hear about your Wishes Dessert Party! DW has some major food allergies and can't eat most desserts at WDW, so we've never done the party.

What chips are in the drink cups?

We were down last week and didn't have any problems at all with the groups of Brazil kids. Every once in a while they would break out in song, but I think they were just enjoying their vacation--like all of us want to do.

Oh I am not worried about the Tour Groups or the chips in the cups. I was just mentioning that over on the Theme Park board every other thread seems to be about one or the other. We've seen the groups before, but other than their sheer size, I don't recall any bad experiences with them!

PBader, they are putting computer chips in the refillable mugs (they are testing it at All Star Sports, apparently) that will work with the soda fountain to keep people from re-using mugs from past trips. Apparently they will also be in the single use cups as well. If I understand it correctly, the chip will only work for a length of stay and will make you wait five minutes between fill ups. I guess to stop people from filling up coolers and other cups with their one cup. Makes sense to me, but again, people are losing their minds about it on the other boards.

My fiancé and I will being sailing for our honeymoon!! We are so excited, and eager to see the new ship. Although I've been on numerous Disney cruises, my fiancé has never been on any cruise! We booked a category 6A, but have GTY status, so unsure of where yet.
