Here is the link to the sign up form for the FE Exchange. The information you provide will only be used for this Exchange and you can provide as little or as much as you wish. The only mandatory fields are your DIS name and your Cabin number. I am going to try to maintain a list of DIS names on this thread somehow, so that people who plan ahead can get a rough idea of how many people have signed up, but if you need anymore specific information, you will have to send me a PM. I am not on here every day, but I do check a few times a week, so if I don't answer immediately, don't be offended! You can also pop me an e-mail at the e-mail address on the form. I won't provide e-mail addresses though, of course. You'd have to PM individual people for that. I am requesting an E-mail address just to make sending out the list a bit easier. Again, if you don't want to provide an e-mail, I will PM you here on the DIS.

Anyway, feel free to fill out the form now and if you have already done it, PLEASE do it again. The information has been deleted from the testing period.

Not that it affects us personally, but I just thought. If the form requires a cabin number, what about those peeps on GTY status? Does the form just require an entry (i.e people can put GTY), or does it need a numeric entry?

I hadn't thought of that, but you can put anything in that field.

Good question though, do most people know the GTY room by 75 days out? I might have to send out an updated list closer to the sailing.

Last time we were GTY, we found out about 45 days out. However, DCL can change that room number anytime up to sail date.

Then there may be people who upgrade at port. So room numbers may change on embarkation day.

Well, I can send an updated list easy enough right before we sail, but I can't do much about the changes at the port. Hopefully we are going to plan a DIS Meet when we get on the ship so that people can update that sort of thing.

I don't expect that there are going to be a lot of upgrades at the Port though, since there are very few rooms available!

We usually have a couple of cabins designated as the 'information board'. The owner usually has a whiteboard on their door that people can write down any information updates, such as cabin changes, or meet time changes, etc.

We had a bunch of GTY on our June cruise. We just left those rooms as GTY. About a month before the cruise we sent out a new list for everyone to check and edit...sure enough some people had entered in their own info wrong and had to edit it. A new list went out two weeks before sailing. Everyone was responsible for bringing their own list to the Meet the first day in case there were any upgrades or cabin changes.... it all worked out great!:wizard:

Sorry to say that we will be changing the date of our cruise and letting this one go. Not sure what date to move it to yet, but the "men" in my life do not want to miss playing baseball in June.

A quick question for any of the Disney Store CM's. Kevin has an interview set up for Mon. the 11th. He wants to know a few things.....

1. Polo and Khakis or suit and tie?
2. Should he mention wages?

We have 2 rooms though for the first time. Not sure if we will get another fish extender for the second room or just go with the one we have:confused3

Found the room on the Dream to be a little smaller than the rooms on the Magic and Wonder (no steamer trunks too). So glad we are getting the inside and outside room now for the Fantasy as the extra room will make things so much easier for us. Was surprised that splitting us up into 2 rooms was not that much more than cramming us into one room.

If the numbers get really high we will probably just go with one fish extender.

Had so much fun with the FE exchange on our recent Dream cruise and Darren and I are trying to come to some agreement for what we will do for this cruise.
