Although, you can get the best rates typically closer to your travel date, that is not always the case. I recommend consistently checking rates and reserving them now when you get a good deal that way if rates do not go down you already have a good deal reserved. If you find a better deal later then just cancel your reservation. Also, I purchase the Entertainment book and then use the rental codes from the book. They are the best deals I have found. Good luck and keep checking.

I see that someone else already shared the online address to purchase the book. Right now is a great time to purchase the book they are on sale now. If you want the book and not the mobile phone app make sure to select book option. I like that better because you can go to the rental cite directly and then enter the coupon code. I read somewhere that you get a better deal that way. Not sure if it is true.

Also, Ebates has the Entertainment website as one of their daily doubles today, so not only do you get the book for the discounted price of $17.50 (half price), but you get 16% cash back from Ebates if you go through their site to get to the Entertainment site. Ebates is free to join if you're not already a member. I highly recommend it because it's free money! I bought my WDW tickets through Ebates when Orbitz had a 20% cash back deal a couple of weeks ago, so my next check from Ebates in May will include $255 cash back for my WDW tickets. I'm beyond ecstatic about that deal!

The rental companies currently offered for coupon discount are Alamo, Avis, budget, enterprise, hertz, national, and thrifty. They each have five to six different type of coupon deals. For example, right now some of the Avis offers are $40 off 10 plus days, $40 off weekly rental, free double upgrade, free weekend day etc.

If you go on their web page you can see the various deals listed. Just click on travel and then click on car rental and then click on view more to see all the current offers for that company.

Would love to get my car rental reduced. I currently have avis June 13-22 from LAX airport. First time flying to California.
9 nights for 318.00 via costco travel. I checked Costco today and priced has already went went up. this is my 3rd booking for a car rental thus far. I cant find anything cheaper. This car is intermediate.

Oh, I"m hoping I can bring it down.

I have June 17 thru June 27 booked for 325 thru Costco Budget and this is REALLY high. I paid 56.00 last year for 4 days with pick up at MCO and drop at Dolphin....then took ME to airport at end of week.

We are going to US/iOA towards end of trip bc I really want Potter to be open!!! so I actually need the car this whole trip or would just do limo transfer to US/IOA and ME both ways to MCO but I really don't want to have to do that....But when you look at it that you pay 20 per night for a car parking at US Limo might not be so paid....82 round trip plus tip.....from WDW to US

Ouch! Using that code it was $457 for my rental but I have $340 through Emerald aisle using the KLM code and $271 from the Care Care Center. Going to still keep an eye on it. I got it much lower last year.

I just checked my dates and times.............boy what a difference a few hours make! The prices are WAY UP again ! All I can say is...I checked the rates early in the morning. Keep trying and checking early in the morning.
