on one of the airplanes Atlanta to Barcelona? I wanted to get some movies put on my itouch, but it will run out of batteries. I know that sounds like a stupid question LOL. Also, can the person who is organizing the FE post a list of people? I wanted to start organizing my FE stuff. It takes longer than you think!

I just flew across country on Delta and don't recall any plugs. Do have wifi

No docs here, but we always get them really late because we are in England. Our cruise in 2009, they never even arrived before we flew to Florida. It was really no big deal though, we got luggage tags from MCO.

Welcome! It's all getting very exciting now, I feel like I'm running out of time. Must get the sensor cleaned on the camera. Can't imagine going all the way to Europe only to have spots on my pictures

Buckingham Palace may not be open to go inside but you will be able to see it from outside. I believe it is only open in mid August until early September sometime to actually go in. Check out the Horse Guards if they are open during your days there, the children may enjoy seeing the horses

Globe Theater if your children are not familiar with Shakespear I would skip this unless you really want to see it. It is a great looking theater but depending on the ages the kids won't get anything out of it

London eye - was fun but we couldn't wait to get out of there. Even with air conditioning it was super hot in those capsules. Bring lots of water. This one one expensive day just for a 30 minute ride.

Received our docs on Friday

For those of you in the U.S. that still haven't received them if you are on a guarantee they may be trying to assign the rooms before mailing them out

We are in CA and received our cruise docs last Thurs (5/12). But we have an assigned stateroom, so that might explain why we got our docs whereas others who are waiting for assignments have not.

No docs yet in Cali - we are in a GTY (veranda) category room. I'm OK with it - i'm wondering if since there are only cat 4 rooms left if those go to the GTY passengers or if they upgrade those with assigned rooms and GTY gets the lower end of the category?

I have no idea, but my bet would be they upgrade those with regular rooms, then those with regular GTY, and then those of us with the restricted GTY categories like VGT. But it would be nice.

How manys are waiting for GTY (veranda)7A stateroom I was reading there are only 26 of these cabins on the ship and located on decks 5, 6,and 7
on another thread they are 11 days from cruising and still waiting ,have been told by DCL that they will get there room numbers 7 days out
so looks like we might be the same

So must try and stop everytime I log on to to laptop going to the DCL page

LOL, me too! I'm waiting for two VGT GTY staterooms. I know there are a couple of others, too.

it was decide at the start that we will keep it to small groups 12-15
as we have only 18 now some people have said they don't mind if it stays to one group, someothers would like to spilt the groups
for me I don't mind either way its only an extra 3 if it stays as it is

We will all have to decide after Sunday when we know the final number

I booked ours a looooong time ago. I've been checking back every few weeks to see if I could get a better price. Up until today, the price had only gone up and pretty significantly. Today it was down for the first time. About €5 less than I'm booked but requires full prepayment no cancelations.

With all of the turmoil and travel warnings, I wonder if rates will continue to fall?
