June 17, 2016 - Magic goes to Norway and Iceland from Dover

My husband and I have been checking off our final trip items. Disneyland Paris tickets (if you prepurchase, you save a little money), a couple of afternoon tea reservations in England, a concert in Sainte Chapelle in Paris, prepurchasing cruise photos, and trip insurance. We are also booked to visit the Harry Potter studio tour outside of London. Is anyone else making a day of Disneyland Paris or Harry Potter? These are both surprises to our kids - I always have some tricks up my sleeve!

No food allergies. We would want to participate as two separate rooms. We booked OGT so no promises we will be together. No problem in bringing FE gifts from each cabin. Looking forward to it!

We would like to join the FE group. We just booked our trip this week! No room assignment yet! This is our fifth Disney cruise and my husband lost the vote. He wanted to go back to the Caribbean and we outvoted him! It will be Georgianna and Nathan (Room 1) and Blake (24) and Becca (19).

Need some help: I remember having to call a special DCL telephone number to get a real "mini-fridge" in our room (for medicine) instead of the "cooler" that is already there. I also was able to order a "sharps" box. It's been a few years since our last Disney cruise so I don't remember how I did this. Does anyone know? Thanks so much!

I've found my answer! They've upgraded all the "coolers" to real mini-fridges since the last time we were on the Magic! This is great news because having to have that extra fridge took up a lot of the extra floor space.

We received our room assignment today. You can change our room number from GTY to 2577. I hope everyone that is finally getting assignments are happy with what they got. We were bumped up a few categories which let us get connecting rooms. This made us VERY happy!

We were just going to take a taxi from our hotel to the airport because, I believe, it's not far...but if anyone has a better idea, I'd love the info.

We've (DH and I) just signed up for the 12 day cruise. This will be our third DCL cruise. We went on the 9 day Norway cruise last year which was great, but are looking forward to seeing Iceland and the Orkney Islands this year. Last year we did the Fish Extender exchange for the first time (we found a group on Facebook/Webbly) and really enjoyed ourselves. Are adults allowed to participate in your FE Exchange?

We look forward to hearing about everyone's plans soon!
