We have Palo friday night as well, and high tea (one of the last ones for the Magic), saturday afternoon. Just found out about Pirate night, does anyone know what movies are playing on the ship? A bit bummed we missed Brave by just a week, but that's OK.

one more thing, will we be close enough to shore to use smart phones? I have heard that AT&T works up to 12 miles from shore, not sure if we'll be that close. I plan to just look, and if the AT&T sign is there, send a quick photo to family at home or facebook.

My online itinerary says the Pirate Party starts at 9:45 and lasts until 10:30. The party description is the standard one that says "...ends with a buccaneer blast starring Mickey Mouse and a spectacular fireworks show"

I hope the description is accurate

You would find it on dcl website under your reservation. For our itinerary it now mentions the pirate party under Fri nite....

Do you think Palo will have any open reservations once we're on the ship? I've never been there and would like to try it but I was shut out online.

Oh no ... I'll be on CRUTCHES on this cruise! ... sustained a running injury, and now my doctor says I have to stay on crutches for at least two more weeks.

Oh well, if you see me hobbling around (most likely on one crutch), don't be shy, say hi! and I might need your help lifting a glass or two.

Those of you hoping for one -- Good Luck getting a reservation for Palo on board There were no Palo Brunch reservations left at midnight 105 days out for my November Dream cruise - but - while on board I was able to get one - so it is certainly possible

If you can, try to get to the dining session when they open

8 more hours until I leave work, head for home, pick up my kids and go into NYC to start our mini vacation...weather is supposed to be awesome this weekend...not too hot and not too cold.

Just a little packing to do tonight, car will come at 10:30 tomorrow am, and off we go. Our friends will be donning pirate attire, can't wait to see what they will look like.

you can use your old luggage tags, just cross out old stateroom number and put new one in marker on it

just got a message on home phone. DVC is having a members gathering on our cruise on Friday at 2:30. There will be prizes, not sure if a give-away or raffle. I know that sometimes they have free drinks. Yippee.
