Getting excited! Gathered a few things this weekend!
Just made my first attempt at something I am thinking of making... turned out ok - needs a little adjustment but I think it will work! I hope so because it's pretty cheap and I think I can crank them out once I figure out all the tricks!
I can't believe it - in 3 months we will be POST cruise! Have been waiting like a year and half already... can't believe it's so close!
Kim
Whatever your gift is, it will be appreciated!
Time is flying by fast - we will be on the ship in no time.
Don't think of it as POST cruise ... think about scheduling your next Disney cruise while on board and then you get excited all over again.![]()
OK - busy working on gift 1 and getting addicted to it. I hope you guys like them as much as I have liked making them!
My questions is for the boys (young or old haha) - do your boys love/hate Star wars? Want to know since I can make a SW version of what i am making, but don;t want to give it to someone who does not like SW!Either way is ok...
Thanks!!!
Kim
Are you implying that there are people out there that don't like Star Wars???![]()
May the force be with them and influence them away from the dark side!

Girls like Star Wars too! My daughter (28) and granddaughter (10) love Star Wars. My daughter decorates her Christmas tree with Star Wars ornaments and my granddaughter is into lego Star Wars.
My preference as a guy is Star Trek (Live Long and Prosper) but Star Wars works for me too.![]()
Another trekieor are you a treker? My DH insists there is a difference

I remember Gene Rodenberry giving a speech and using the term "trekkies" and someone in the audience shouting out "trekkers". He then said "it's Trekkies, I should know I started it."
Is this considered a hijack?
I think I am going to put a little Starwars and a Star Trek icon on our FE. Kind of like a hidden mickey.

I consider myself a Trekker (a rational fan). Most Star Trek fans have adopted the term "Trekkers" in order to distinguish themselves as the true fans, versus the fad fans who continue to use the term Trekkies. (Is my geek showing?).
A Trekkie worships anything connected with Star Trek and would sell his or her mother for a pair of Spock ears. For myself, I am a Disney fanatic who secretly wishes he could grow mouse ears, live in Cinderella's castle and spends way too much money on Walt's stuff (D23, Resorts, Parks, Cruises, Disney Store ...).![]()
