Hi Everyone! Just 7 months away....can't believe it! I just got a notice today that we have late seating when I am sure we were given early upon booking. Pixie dust my way please! I have posted but have not formally introduced myself. Here goes....

Hi guys. We were originally going on the May 22 cruise, but things didn't quite work out, so we're on the June 3rd. This will be our 2nd cruise, and the first for our cruisemates. DW and I cruised the May 23rd cruise this year for our 30th wedding anniversary. We had so much fun that we booked two staterooms, one for us and one for DW's brother and wife. Can't wait to get back to Castaway Cay and a couple's massage!

I ended up being the FE coordinator on our cruise. Had a lot of fun. One suggestion for PrincessDuck - put the info into a spreadsheet on Google docs and post the link in your signature. Makes it easy for everyone to get a current copy and print it out. Here's the link to ours for reference.

My boys met some great friends on our last cruise through disboards. They grumbled when I made them go to the meet on board but thanked me later! I don't really know how to do that, but if someone else wanted to- I would join-lol!)

My family will be on the Dream on June 3rd. This is our first Disney cruise, and we are SUPER EXCITED!!!! We are sailing with four other families we know for a total of 22 people. Welcome! Now with the new year, I have become from not even really thinking about the cruise to getting butterflies in my stomach with excitement! Your daughters are around the age of mine, so hopefully they can become friends in the Kids' Club. I think we are just about 5 months away!!!!

Okay, so does anyone have a good suggestion for the Fish Extender cut off date? How far out do you need to get things ready and budgeted?

Where and when do we want to have meet and greet? Maybe we will get a better idea on this after few cruises.

We will be staying in the TreeHouse Villas May 28 thru June 3rd!!! So excited about this!

Anyone want to have dinner together? I have a DD8 and a DS5. We have early dinner right now, but are thinking about transferring to late. We will have one set of Grandparents with us. If not with me then maybe someone else?

Let's get some more dialogue going!!! I am so excited about this cruise. We just did the December 19 cruise on the Wonder and the kids are ready to go back now. They can't believe that there are other people getting on the Dream and not them!!!

When we booked thru DVC, we knew our room number and dining time while on the phone with them. Did you somehow book a GTY room with DVC points.

Okay, the down and dirty! You hang something from your fish that is outside of your door....thus extending your fish! People from your group will come by and put goodies in it for you and you in turn will put stuff in the groups fish extenders. I think that from pics of the dream, it will include seahorses and something else. Not all rooms have a fish? That is pretty much it! Lots of fun when you return to your room and you have something in your fish extender!

Can someone please explain more in detail about the fish extender exchange. I've been reading on here, but still not clear of what it entails.
