Jumpin' June Exercise Challenge--Everyone Welcome!

Does sitting in a hot tub count as exercise?. That is all I did today. Oh and I sat in the sauna for about three seconds until I remembered why I hate saunas. The lap lanes were full otherwise I would have had swimming numbers to add.

ugh. B to T is brutal! We have a flight in August with a 50 min layover and I am anticipating something similar--since I am sure we will not be on time! I debated booking it cause of the short layover, but decided to live dangerously. ;)
My DS got in late to Charlotte one night when he was a college freshman. He was meeting us at WDW and if he didn't make his connection he would have been stuck over night in the airport. The night before they had a little too much "fun" and decided to get mohawks. He was in flip flops, so he had to take his shoes off and sprint through the Charlotte airport bare foot with a mohawk. Lugging a backpack and a carry on. Just hearing him tell the story, we were all howling.:lmao: He said people were looking at him like he was crazy.

That is hilarious! At least we aren't the only ones that have done it...and no mohawks here! :rotfl2: It's always a tough decision on the layover. I hate sitting in an airport when I could be enjoying a few extra minutes with the mouse.

An hour WERQ class last night brings me to:

Crazy weekend - no workouts occurred but me and the hubs got jobs finally! so that was good news. Maybe moving boxes will help me catch up.

Getting ready to update through post #299. :)

I ran this morning and it went pretty well. I have the nastiest blister ever on the back of my heel. It is pretty yucky and been getting yuckier all week.

For all you folks fighting back/itband issues, I have a new favorite yoga pose to to do after running, which really helped. I still had to use my tennis ball on my piriformis, but my back feels pretty good.
It is the twisting chair, then you open your arms, one to the ceiling, one to the floor. I think if you google it you can see a picture.
